Greenville/Simpsonville, SC

Brief hiatus (5 years)...and now back in the saddle. Currently scurrying around LBS's looking for a new ride. Just moved to the area a few months ago, can't wait to "see" more of it on two wheels!

Looking at the following LBS's (New and Used--prefer old steel/or vintage)

Lucky Bike
Ride On
Great Escape
REI

Suggestions?

Hi IDOutlaw,
I have 3 like new 1982 Ventage Trek Sport/Touring bikes that I bought new. Listed in CL Greenville and Columbia. Check them out and let me know if Interested as I'm just down 85 from Greenville. They are 21" and 22 3/4" all original except tires and brake pads and stored in my home. I have original receipts.

Kip at Lucky Bike is awesome! He is a real great dude and treats everyone great. H has a sweet line of used and a few new MTB's, cruisers, road bikes, and BMX. He does a great service for the community as well. Not sure about the others though, but Boyd's Cycle next to the Swamp rabbit Café is pretty cool. However, since you are looking for vintage, your best bet by far is Lucky Bike. Have to hit up Gateway Bike Park near the Swamp Rabbit Trail in Travelers Rest behind Sunrift Adventures.

That's awesome, and I am glad to hear this. Hope to see you out on the trails, either the SRT, Gateway Skills Park or Paris Mountain. Just look for the family with the bigger bikes....lol.

Have fun bro, as that's what it is all about, and nothing else!
