Florida Question - Trail between Jacksonville and St. Augustine

Google maps of Florida show bike trails southeast of Jacksonville/Ponte Vedra/Palm Valley to north of St. Augustine, running between the Tolomato and Guana Rivers.

I may be in the area later this year. A few quick searches did not turn up a description of these trails.

Are these trails favorable for moderate cycling -- 15 to 25 mph?

I think those are just bike lanes and \or unpaved roads. I live in this area and there are no bike trails there.
