road conditions virginia/west virginia border

Hi All,

I am thinking of doing this ride: http://ridewithgps.com/routes/810477 sometime in the not too distant future. I wonder if anyone's been out on the roads west of Harrisonburg towards the WV border, Reddish Knob area and can tell me about conditions, i.e. snow, mud, etc.? I know most of the roads on this ride are gravel; that's what I want. Just curious about general conditions this time of your and/or if anyone's got specific info about conditions now.

Many thanks

Wow! That looks like a great ride. I'd go for it and give us a report.
