How old are you?

Saw mention of age in another thread, so I started thinking(Fixer and the Cerritos plane crash)! I walked into a store a while back. Had a few cents coming in chnage so I figured I'd get one of those little Reese's pb cups. I had like 17 cents and the dude said 25!

I said,"that's a friggin rip off". He looked at me kind of amazed at my words so I said," I remember when they were a penny". Then he said, you must be pretty friggin' old"! ...yeah I guess so!

When I started driving, gas went from 49 to 69 cents. Everybody was pissed!

43, will be 44 in May. Gina just turned 44 a couple of weeks ago. She likes 'em young!

Hot dam I'm getting old!

I'll be 32 in exactly 1 week (Oct. 27)...I expect presents from everybody. Unlike devilinblack, I feel 1/2 my age most days.

I'm old enough to know better, but young enough to ignore my own wisdom.

Oh yeah, I had the first experience like that in my life recently. Thrifty's ice cream was .69 per scoop for as long as I remember. It's now .99

I do remember gas being under $1/gallon, but that's no surprise.

1. Silky something or other from Victoria's Secret that looks good balled up in the corner of the bedroom.
2. High dollar gift card to Nordstroms, 'cause chances are, she won't like any clothes (other than the Vicky's thang) that you pick out for her.

...worked for me.

When did it soar to 69¢? It was 5¢ for one scoop, 10¢ for two, and you could even get 3 scoops for 15¢. They had that funny cylindrical scoop.
