I've never been to that store, probably because I didn't start cycling until long after I no longer lived full-time at my parents' place. I'll have to visit on one of my trips back.

Bud's was one of the best shops in the country 20-25 years ago.. It has seen a downward slide over the last decade and it's nice to see a shop like JAX come in and try to revitalize it...

They completely revamped the whole shop.. It is a TREK concept store so a little slim on bike selection but a nice shop..

I remember Buds bike shop.
Grew up in Claremont, and remember goin' in to Buds and drooling over the "new" bridgestone with DX components!

George must be making the rounds on SoCal that day. He will be at the Trek store in Vista that same day (Dec 2) between 11am-1pm.

And yes, George married himself a podium girl!

Won't any cyclists who would be interested in a pro racer be riding on a Saturday?
