DEC 2nd / Grand Opening w/ George Hincapie

My LBS, what used to be Buds bike shop in Claremont and now is a JAX Bicycles is having a grand opening event on December 2nd.. A BBQ, door prizes and George Hincapie will be at this event..

JAX in Claremont is located at 217 w. 1st street..

they are still going to carry Santana.. You will need to call the shop for more info on what times George will be there..

I've never been to that store, probably because I didn't start cycling until long after I no longer lived full-time at my parents' place. I'll have to visit on one of my trips back.

Bud's was one of the best shops in the country 20-25 years ago.. It has seen a downward slide over the last decade and it's nice to see a shop like JAX come in and try to revitalize it...

They completely revamped the whole shop.. It is a TREK concept store so a little slim on bike selection but a nice shop..

George will be there 2:30-5pm.

Morning team ride starts at 7:40am.... no prob.

Am I wierd for buying a Disco Jersey to have him sign it? I really like George, he was Lance's best servant.
