grease me

what kind of grease do ya'll use? what kind should I rub on my stanchions? Did I spell that right?

Use Tri-flow and spray a little on a clean cloth and rub it on the stanchions....

BTW.... you only want a LIGHT coating of lube, NOT grease and don't have it running all over either!!! just enough to keep them wet...

hmmm, I actually do have tri-flow and that is what I put on 'em. I guess I assumed I needed grease because when I bought my hardrock it had muchos grease on the stanchions. Thanks neccros.

The fork stancions?
I have always used silicone spray. Thats what Fox recomended. aI put jut a tiny bit on the fork
and shock every 10 or so rides.
