New Ride

Well, the wait is over. 700c Carbon/Ti Bacchetta Aero is sitting in the garage. I still need to do some high zoot wheels, thinking Renn 575 rear and something based on a 404 front. I will need to move my power tap to a 700c wheel too. Thinking of some wheel builder covers or something. Anyway, looking forward to a couple centuries on it this year, and actually doing some miles. All it takes is a new bike.

Nice, Mark! I met a guy yesterday out on his new rig and it did look awfully comfy (especially considering the saddle issues I was having). Congrats!

Was it like that one? Not sure if JV would be out on the Grand Tour or not. He'd take the climbing route though. This one is considerably lighter than my other one which, is already going out on loan for a week.
Ron Smith knows how that works, so I'm expecting one or two more in the group that will be able to keep up on the weekly rides.

I bought my brother's bent a while ago, and it's almost the same design, except the handlebars go under the seat. I'm still trying to figure out how to ride it! When I get back, I'll take a picture of it.

It did look like yours and I was on the Highland (climbing route), so maybe? Nice fella and he told me his butt felt good after I begged him to trade since my butt was falling off...

Awesome! I still distinctly remember discussing this new ride with you when you drove me for GT Lite. Hope to see it in person sometime.
