Singlespeed/ Fixed gear riders in the Westchester/ Marina Del Rey area

Hey guys, I'm off to college on Friday (LMU). I don't own a fixed gear yet, but am in the market for doing a conversion. I just wanted to know if there were any riders in the area that would be up for cruising, some rides and just hanging out.
