    Standard double gearing...

    What chainrings do standard double cranks (read: not compact) come with these days? It's not 42/53 anymore, is it? Isn't it like... 39/50 or something?

    ...but I think you can still buy 42 chainrings from all the mfr's.

    ...and 56's...I think.

    Problem is, they don't make fixed cogs that large...
