You, young man, should be packing a more nutritional breakfast. Might I suggest a PB&H (organic honey) and an apple, or some string cheese and two hard-boiled eggs. Even a bowl of sugar-filled cereal would be better as it will most likely be enriched with vitamins and the milk will give you calcium, protein and vitamin D.

Drafting buses is alot of fun. There's nothing like being able to break the 30mph barrier on an almost 30lbs bike.

30 is atually pretty easy. it's the sustained 40mph stuff that makes it really fun.
