Broke a few PRs today and goals today.

Rode 62 miles today. Former max was about 26. This met my goal of doing a half-century, and also a metric century. It was a lot easier having music to ride to as opposed to my random thoughts. Too bad my iPod battery died.

Also I'm really close to having lost my first ten pounds since I started my diet. Should meet that this weekend.

Now all I have to do is conquer that climb that I just can't seem to make. And lose another 15 pounds or so.

Yay.

I have to agree with Fred, 62 is almost no different than a 100.
