Hmm depending when I get back from Como (it finishes there), I might tag along to extend the ride a bit. Which bike/jersey should I look out for?

I'll be in Sho-Air/Sonance kit, probably on a Fuji. There will probably be a handful of SoCal BF jerseys.

Oh, and we'll probably be pokey. At least I will be.

Bummer. Rose & I are in NYC or we would have loved to join you guys. Once IMAZ is complete, I'll be able to make more rides.

Have a fun & safe ride, have a Mr. Serious for me.

Cheers.

DANG, now who are we going to meet at the entrance to the Back Bay?

Enjoy NYC, and tell Rose we all said 'Hi'!

Would be more perfect without the stupid time change.

mateo44 03-09-08 08:08 AM

We're rolling from our place at 8:30am, so we'll probably miss you. Rumor has it we might catch you for lunch, though.

Have a great ride!

Would be more perfect without the stupid gale force winds.

While pulling the kid in the trailer, too bad I didn't recognize you guys passing me until I saw Extort in the rear. I've been meaning to go on a BF ride for quite a while now, does Extort slowing down and hanging back for about five minutes count? Hope you guys had a good ride. At least the winds died down a bit from earlier this morning.

I was windy at 9:30ish, when we were going through the canyon. I kept thinking how it was going to be worse for you guys. Oh well, at least you got to sleep in a bit!

Of course it counts... you only had a half hour today with a pretty good excuse why you could not stay longer... Next time we will have to get you to meet us at the start and ride the entire route with us.

Great ride, and at a nice relaxed pace. Too bad Mel had to decide to do more hill climbing otherwise we could have seen Matt & Mel at lunch.
