What's the coolest thing you have found on the ground while riding?

Started this new thread, so as not to derailluer my other thread.
Post only what you have found while riding (not walking or shopping at the store). And this isn't the "I saw a hottie on a Carbon Look thread either".

Found on the Manhattan Beach bike path, a Starbucks Card with $5 still on the card!

Found on PVDW: a Kucharik doo-rag

on the ground? Or can it just be on the road? I've come across animals that were pretty cool - like the huge tarantula up on GRR one time. I passed him at around 6mph, stopped and went back to take a closer look.

While hiking: rattle snake with the back half of a squirrel sticking out of its mouth

While mountainbiking: Leg bone from a cow (according to the science teacher we brought it to)

While road biking: Licorice, which apparently grows in the hills of Hollywood.

I found some of those yellow dots they put in the road. Have a bunch that I picked up that had come off the road with a bunch of asphalt still attached. But the coolest was one that is in nearly perfectcondition with nothing on the bottom side. I use it as a paperweight on the coffee table in my offce. Its a cool conversation piece.

A Blackburn mini pump
An E-Tool (military folding shovel)
A 4 foot long snake - it tried to strike my mountain bike rear wheel. No, I didn't get a "Snakebite" flat tire, and no, I'm not really sure what kind of snake it was. I just got the Heck out of there!

Except for that poor, starving student, stumbling home from some bar. That $20 was two weeks worth of beers for him.

Two weeks of beers? Lightweight...maybe that'll learn 'im then.

several ball caps, cash, cell phones, drugs (rode by and thought 'my but that looked like individually foil wrapped something or others glinting in the sun'. Stopped and checked 8 grams O hash), a package of photographs, jeans, underwear, it never ceases to amaze me what people can lose/toss. NOTE: SOME items were never touched and left to their own devices.

Lolz, that'd be me. Everyone else in this neighborhood are working parents with kids.

My favorite was last year on the Hemet Double. We rode right past a towel in the middle of the road.

And it wasn't some dirty old towel. It was a brand new, white, luxurious looking bath towel that hadn't yet been run over. In the middle of the road. With no cars in sight. It was bizarre.

Of course, I launched into my Towelie impression. "Don't forget to bring a towel! Anyone wanna get high?"

Oh, yeah, I forgot - the cooliest thing I found on the road was a spot to look at when Joel launched into his towelie impression so that he didn't see me rolling my eyes.

She probably tried but the only identifiable figure on the $20 bill has been dead for a long time.

I haven't run into/picked up anything cool yet. So far when I'm cycling, I've been trying to hard to keep up instead of looking around. Missed lots of cool chic sighting opportunities too.

I seem to always see loose change in the intersections of streets. Nickels, dimes, etc. Only pick 'em up if I'm already stopped. Can someone explain why all of this ends up there?

There was this one time I biked up to Santa Barbara and the UCSB sororities were having a party for my arrival. Some of them were walking on the ground. That may not be exactly what you meant, but it was really cool.
