Overall, I applaud everyone's efforts in this. We've got a number of good ones!

Personally:
I like the houndstooth idea, it's a nice break away from the argyle trend. The jersey (with the houndstooth pattern) has a clean design that distinguishes itself from the usual over-the-top advertisements and graphics most jerseys have these days. It looks elegant and refined - sorta like a Rapha? Just my two cents.

J9

J9 & J10 should be combined. I'd go with either.

I like them all. Everybody did a great job.

The one I prefer is J10 as it has the retro look.

[edit]oops, I mean J9, I prefer the blue sleeves

I vote for J8,

However, I think the "2008's" should be removed. I don't want it instantly outdated in 2009!

The other designs look great too, but J8 is my favorite.

Wow - great designs everyone. I didn't think it would be this tough to choose!

I vote for J10 - it's not only retro-cool, but it's so different from what's out there right now that it'll stand out from the crowd. Plus it has contrasting colors, so cars have a better shot of seeing you!

They are all good looking designs.
I’m not into the retro look. I don’t need anything more to remind me of old.
I vote J8. (And I want the shorts too.)

First of all great work by everyone.

REVIEWS:

J1 I think this one has the most potential. I would love to see it w/a different black/white pattern, & a different font against that same charcoal strip. Do like the color choice

J2 This one has the best color.....especially since I designed it to match my favorite hat

J3 This one seems like it would make a good shirt for the national team....sans the product logos of course.

J4 I actually like this design for a t-shirt.

J5 Love the placard in the back

J6 The black on the sides is great for slimming down the figure. Nice fonts

J7 Pleasing colors...would have loved to seen this one with turquoise or teal sides instead of the black. Wave is very cool.

J8 This looks like it could be the actual jersey for bikeforums!

J9 Nice but J10 is nicer.

J10 Excellent retro-jersey interpretation. Just wish it didn't say FORUMS so big.......everyone will know I'm a message board nerd.

J11 The drawing looks good but everytime I try and visualize it....it changes in my head. Would have love to seen it in photoshop.

IN THE END...

I designed so I wont vote.....but it was fun.

We should do this every month.

Here's a higher res image of my jersey.....by the way, the cycle guy is from the 08 Olympic games.

I like many of them. But I think I'll vote for J11.

I just don't want BikeForums on a jersey. I might have had a harder decision if not for that. Many nice designs.
