This is somewhat similar to the Great Foo Meltdown of February 2008.

Yeah, I'm wondering how long this thread will be allowed to last... Everybody, please try not to say anything that will cause this thread to be legitimately pulled. And no, I don't think that alluding to factual events without baiting, harassing, or insults constitutes a legitimate reason...

Someone should put a helmet on this thread to keep it safe.
Do you think this thread would be better if it were made of steel, aluminum, titanium or carbon?
Or to shift themes: Campy or Shimano?
I like to stop for a few beers mid-ride.

Oh wait: these are topics we should probably avoid, yes?

Those topics, while off-topic are fine. I had in mind not calling the moderators things.

Magnesium, SRAM, wear your helmet, no drinking while riding, obey all traffic laws, we're going to yell at you.

Flip it, incorrect, guads, HTFU, wussy.

There. I think I covered most of it.

I wonder if the moderators here are practicing the fine art of Vehicular Moderation (or VM) as penned by his eminence John Moddester?

Ultimately, it's their sandbox. Watcha gonna do if they don't let you play with the yellow tonka truck? You gotta make do with the plastic buckets and shovels, or go home.

Besides, I think I hear all of your moms calling you home for dinner anyways...

Which is a saying I often quote as well. But in this case, it's not just *their* sandbox. Many people -- myself included -- have paid money to be a part of the sandbox.
