Ironman Arizona Race Report

It's a pretty long read...but it has a few pictures to look at

http://www.betheball.com/IMAZ2008.htm

For those of you who just want the summary version...

It was HOT

It was WINDY

It was PAINFUL

I FINISHED!!!

I'm tired.

great job!

The write-up is so inspirational, it almost makes me want to do one.

If the ride was a bit shorter, the run a lot shorter, and the swim non-existent, I might consider it!

Seriously, you should be proud of yourself.

I could do it if there was no run and no swim.

Great write-up Chris, thanks. Unfortunately, i don't think my knees will ever tolerate that much running, so it's Sprints and maybe an Olympic for me. As Markg says, 'Float, HAMMER, jog'
