Holy crap it's hot.

My commute home yesterday was 110 friggin degrees and as is always the case in the AV the wind was whippin.

I have never been more wiped after a mere 12 miles.

How's everyone else holding up in this?

I'm doing just fine. Thanks for asking. Yes, it's been hot. But that's SoCal in the summer.

I put lots of ice in my polar bottles, and hydrate before, after, and during my rides.

I can't stand the humidity. I start to really smell bad when it's humid out.

It's the humidity that's bothers me. Hard to decide whether to drink water or use it to cool off...lol.
