Scarantino's Closed, no more airing the TDF!

I was planning on going to Scarantino's in Pasadena to watch the L'Alpe d'Huez this Wednesday but I called and they closed that location and no longer air the TDF. I have no TV access so I was wondering is there anywhere else in LA that airs the TDF at night.

Bump this! My charter cable statement says I have vs. but for some reason, I have "poor connection," where I live, so I can't watch it either.

Got to have good connections at your local watering hole. At ours they let us borrow the tv remote sometimes but because I can skip unbearable commercials I prefer to watch it at home.

I'm supposed to have VS in hi-def (free!) but currently it's being phased-in slowly at my area by TWC so I'm forced to *settle* with standard def.

while VS offers up some HD programming the Tour is not one of them. you can get some cage fighting in HD though. later.

It's on VS HD (when it's not the Golf channel), but it's not High Def, it's the same 4:3 image as on VS SD.

if you have dsl or better, you can watch it live (0500 or earlier sometimes) online, go to cyclingfans.com for links. i've been watching live video feed online on a german or italian channel and set the audio feed on whatever language you prefer.
