Women's Only MTB ride Nov 1
Just thought I would post this information in case anyone is interested. This Saturday, Nov 1, Rock'n'Road and The Irvine Ranch Conservancy is sponsering a "women's only" mountain bike through Limestone Canyon (off Santiago Rd/Hick's Haul Rd). There is an advanced ride starting at 7:30am, an intermediate at 8:30 and an a beginner starting at 9am. For more information go to irvineranchconservancy.org/activites or call 714-508-4757 and ask for Meghan. Or send me a PM and I can provide more information. There are about 9 - 10 signed up right now for each ride. We can take 20 provided we have the docents. Weather Saturday is suppose to be perfect for riding. Hope to see you there!

Just want to report back... the event sponsered by Rock'n'Road and the Trail Angels was a sucess. Lots of women came out to demo new Specialized bikes. We had about 45 women show up, divided into 3 groups. Here's one of the groups checking out the Sinks.

Actually I don't but wish I did. I was too busy riding and trying to keep up with the group! I do however have plenty of photos of Limestone Canyon taken on other rides which I can post if you all are interested.
