Hill Workout 6% grade for half mile

Does anyone know of a place where I can do hill repeats with a half mile distance averaging 6%? Preferably in the Newport Beach area.

+1, It's half a mile from the bottom to the 2nd traffic light, 1.5 miles to the top at the Pelican Hill traffic light.

+2. If you want to do hill repeats in newport then you gotta hit newport coast from PCH. Probably biggest hill you can find without making a special trip somewhere. Heck I go there from Irvine.
