Recommendations for SD grouprides - Fri & Sat?
So Gramps has been summoned to Sandy Eggo by his darling daughter, who is delivering the 1st Grandchild! So a long weekend is planned.
So I'm Stoked!
So I know the proud parents are not gonna want us hanging around all day. So I'm thinkin to load up the 2-whlr and maybe do a daily ride while in SD. Friday - 6th and Sat - 7th for sure.
Anyone in SD area have references for 'show-up' kinda rides on Friday, Saturday or Early Sunday in SD, or where I might find a listing of rides?
Pace not an issue, easy, hard, hammerfest - its all good fun
Preferrably 30 to 40 mile kind cause I should prolly only disappear for a couple hrs...
I'll be staying at Hilton Mission bay and hangin out at Daughter's place in PB...
so rides on that side (or near) of SD are groovy
tanks...

San Diego Bicycle Club. They meet in University Town Center - pretty close to Mission Valley.

thanks Guys, for your quick replies and the great references.
I'm gonna make some of these rides, time permitting.
all sounds like a great few days!

World Cycles on East County. Great ride and scenery.
