Grrlyrida,Herbster and Me on GMR (Satrdy pics)
Did GMR with them this morn. I'm pretty sure I was only invited cause I post the pics cause they kept trying to ditch me after I shot a few! Not really. Nice ride, Herb is always the cool guy and met Grrly. Very nice lady. Lots of laughs, cheerful and friendly. The way forumites are supposed to be! She claims to be slow but climbed with ease. Never have I seen anyone climb GMR with a smile the whole way. Carried a conversation and never heard one tough breath. She's hiding sumthin'!
We rode from Encanto Park to big GMR, then down. Herbster had time constraints so we did a short version. The group split back at Enconto but I did a few extra jsut to spend time in the saddle. Headed to the dam but rode by just to see where the upper trail ended, now I know. Then back up to the top of the trail at HWY 39. Then back and into some hoods to make it 60. Returned to the park at 59 and said "what the hey?", that's enough!

Gina couldn't make the ride but who cares, she was fun at the pasta dinner last night!...AND it's my thread so I get to post the pictures Bwahahaha!

Yes siree, nice weather. Started a bit chilly but warmed up quickly on the climb!...Was a bit a little bit of fog that hindered the clear shots below...So no good "look below" pics.

Yeow, GMR was tough. Mr. Beanz is being kind. I was pulling up the rear the entire way. And from the looks of that picture, I was pulling up the rear with a big rear. I'm glad we didn't go to the village, because GMR was tough enough. Mr. Beanz of course had to do extra and ride to long beach. Thanks for letting me tag along guys! I had a nice time. GMR is beautiful.

Not at all! It's the camera that captures things that aren't true to the eye! For instance, everytime I am captured on film, I seem to be on the exhale making my belly look much larger than it really is!
You would have made it to the village "no prollems"! Wow, my Spanish has seemed to have improved since hanging with you!
BTW, if for any reason a rider is unhappy with a posted picture, I will be happy to remove it!.........Unless I hate you, THEN IT STAYS!
