Looking for hilly steets to test ride at John's Bicycle in Burbank
I'm planning to go up to Burbank @ John's bicycle to test do some test ride.
Appreciate if BFers can give me some suggestions on a weekday test ride. [I'm obviously not a local guy but like the selections @ John's place. ]
Again, I really appreciate if anyone can point me to a quite and with a nice slope to do the test ride.
Thank you in advance.

I just hope while on the road of Magonlia and Olive there will not be too congested with cars. But it looks like a nice climb once I hit country club dr. Thanks again.

South on Hollywood Way from Bicycle John's. Turn right at Warner Bros Studio on Olive. Follow around, turns into Barham. Barham dies into Cahuenga, turn left. Little bit to Mullholland turn right then left.
Trash truck starts at Travel Town in Griffith Park, Zoo drv and Griffith Park drv. Jump the gate at the top to keep going up.

Victory Blvd. south becomes Riverside Dr. at Sonora Ave. Turn right at Zoo. Dr. continue straight up Griffith Park Dr. (trash truck hill) turn right at closed gate, that's Mt. Hollywood Dr. As close to an alpine type climb you could wish for. Switchbacks, cobbled surface, some dirt, etc. 2.5 miles up with no traffic (closed road).
Great place to test a bike or yourself.

magnolia and olive will have traffic until glenoaks, there are ways around it if you know the area. when do you plan on going to the shop?

But I failed to mention that I wanted to test few bikes over the shop. So, I want to be conservative and map closer routes. It will be embrassing to bonk out in the middle of the test rides.
My weekly rides consist of 34-50mi with elevation around 1100-1300.
Thank you for all you guys help.
