Who lost a wheel at Orangewood/Rampart???

A buddy found a wheel at the parking area near the leaky fountain/fire training center/Orangewood/Rampart parking area right next to the trail. He aksed me to post a lost and found thread.

I don't know the exact model of the wheel or tire. If it's yours, you will know these details. Describe it and voila! You get it back!

BTW, it was found over a month ago from what I understand. Bad thing about slow forums, this stuff takes time!

Chances are, whoever left it behind wasn't departing the local without an awareness that something was missing.

Is it a Zipp 303 with a titanium skewer and Vittoria sewup tire? No? Well, it was worth a shot.

Not necessarily. A few years ago, I finished a group ride, took my front wheel off, loaded the bike on my roof rack, and drove off. 45 minutes later, I arrived at home and took my bike off the rack. I reached into my back seat to get the front wheel and it wasn't there! I drove 45 minutes back to confirm that it was gone, then drove 45 minutes back home, cussing at myself the whole way. 4 hours later, Joel had sent out a mass email that a local resident had found it and left a note on his car with the contact information to retrieve it.

That woud be the rear wheel. There's a reason I didn't post about it, it's staying with me!
