Cyclist Shot Friday Night in Highland Park?
I came across this newsblub today on, of all places, bikesnobnyc. I was looking for more details, but only found info on this page - https://laist.com/2009/07/11/rider_shot_during.php . I couldn't find anything on more "mainstream" (like the LA times) sites.
I am interested since I often ride through Highland Park between Pasadena and downtown (and sometimes at night). I would like to know location, time, etc. information.

There's a map on the LAist. I don't think the Times covered this.
