I'm curious to hear what is the vibe or the reputation of the the shop? Their wrenches, sales, fitting expertise and so on.

To all interested parties-- I am now the new store manager of the Newport Beach Bike Religion. Please stop in and introduce yourself. I am currently working every other weekend (with at least 4 weekdays) and will be in the store both Saturday and Sunday of this weekend (12/12-13) and alternating thereafter.

I've only been to the very small shop/kiosk at UCI (about 10 months ago). I went there to buy a U-lock. The guy who was working was friendly. However, when I arrived the shop appeared to be closed (when it should've been open). I poked around for a while, then the guy got out of his car and opened the shop. Apparently he was asleep because he rode a race in the Pasadena area earlier that morning. While I was there, he helped me pick an Axiom basket from a catalog and special ordered it for me. Overall, my experience was good.

What is bike religions position on idol worship? Is it ok to worship my bike? How about sacrificing things to my bike. Like slower riders. Hummmmm a new religion..Cool.
