She's A Climber

OK, she's not fast but in the last 7 weeks, Gina has been up GMR 7 times totaling 143 miles and 16,800 ft of climbing.

She's not riding Saturday (baby shower ) so Sunday we'll ride the flats. Give her legs a week off from climbing then the following week, she's shooting for the village!

Yeah Baby!

Look Ma! One hand!

Good for Gina and Beanz!

I've been off riding doubles and haven't been up to GMR for a long time . . . I need a GMR/GRR fix! Off to climb Onyx again this weekend, but I hope to see you and Gina next time I'm on GMR!

No problem with the knees. We do a hill ride and a flat ride so that gives her a chance to ease up on the knees. I've read that one should not clmb more than twice a week in order to avoid injuries. She only climbs once a week. Plus , we started easy, 8 mile rides up GMR, then increasing mileage slowly.
