My awesome Sunday recovery ride in San Diego
So I was supposed to go on a group ride today with my teammates, but due to setting my alarm incorrectly, I woke up at 9:10 when the group was leaving at 9. I wound up just going on my own recovery ride and went up the beautiful coast to Solana Beach to find my teammates, but they weren't there, so I headed back to Del Mar and had a great breakfast. After relaxing and enjoying my awesome Tuscan omelette, I decided to go to Torrey Pines and do some park side repeats. After 5 repeats, I relaxed for a little while at the beach and listened to some music. Then I did the final climb and headed back to campus. All in all, a great little ride and very fun. I was also watching some of the Paris-Nice stage today on my phone while waiting for my food.
