Bike maintenance classes in Orange County?
Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew of any bike workshops or maintenance class, or possibly even a school in south OC? I know Bicycle Tree holds two a month, but I hear they're overcrowded and I'd like a bit more instruction than that. Looking to learn the basics: How to replace a tire and inner tube, adjust gears, and if I get a wild hare up my butt maybe even how to build a single speed bike. Hell, if one of you guys would be willing to show me how in your garage, I'd take you up on it
Cost is a bit of an issue because I'm a full time volunteer, but I'm having so much trouble finding resources that I'll take a look at anything now, no matter how expensivee.

All those items described are pretty basic, I learned all of them from the internet and actually built a single speed. If you are ever out this way I would be happy to show you any of those, not a bike mechanic but very resourceful.
