Sorry for the stupid question, but I checked the link and they didn't specify either.
Is that 9:30 AM or PM?

It can't be 9:30 AM, because the race starts on the 8th some time around 10 AM French time (7 PM Pacific).

According to NBS Sports: Paris Roubaix: April 8 at 9 a.m.; 3-hour race analysis at 7 p.m.

Easter creeps me out, so its a fantastic reason for me to have some beers.

OK. Silly me, I had to subtract 9 hours, not add them: 10 AM French time = 1 AM Pacific.
