I've only bought them online from two sources. Aerotech designs; My first pair, and they were cheap. Second through sixth pair were from Kucharik.com Good price. Not super high end, but not cheap either. The online shopping cart is kind of flaky, and you may have to e-mail him to straighten things out.

eh, keep an eye on chainlove too... they typically have higher end clothes on discount that may be above your target range, but sometimes you can get screaming deals too.

I've had good luck with the Falconi bibs from:
www.love2pedal.com

Good prices, good product and, from what I've heard, exchanges are handled well (never needed to exchange anything).

Voler, made in the USA (SoCal) and they are great to do business with. This link takes you to their closeout page for bottoms: http://voler.com/browse/cat/?cat=Sale,Bottoms

Also, like them on facebook and get an additional discount coupon (as much as 15%-20% off the already discounted prices).
