Lizard skin just did me right....

Just put lizard skin on last month and end cap came off and vanished.Called them as i did not want to buy 30 caps and they are sending me some on the house.i know this post is dreadfully boring but i just wanted to give a thumbs up to any company that's takes care of its customers.

Maybe they just need to make better end caps? I just lost one of mine last week. Ditched the other one and remounted caps that originally came with the bike (massive caps with hex bolts in the tips).

I am underwhelmed by the tape in general, too. Does not sit tight on the bars and it seems like I have to redo the taping every couple of weeks or ride with holes between strips.

Hurting hands haven't been a big problem for me, even with regular tape and no gloves. I wish someone made lizard skin for the saddle though.

I like the tape, but wish they would provide end caps that didn't jump off so easily. I have lost them several times. I ended up just taping the ends of the bars, which looks like crap. Also, they need to provide two sets of the finishing tape since you will need to rewrap your bars at least once - the tape tends to move. But it is comfy

Thankfully, my LBS has a box full of assorted endcaps. When I lose one, they are kind enough to give me another. I don't care if they match.
