been touring LA county the past several weeks.
 

Trying to work my way upto a century. i start in the NorthEast LA area and work my east or south.
75miles is my current threshold for pain and fatigue.. every week i am stepping up my cardio and conditioning.

was thinking metrolink to SantaBarbara riding south to Venice beach fora first century ride.
what would u guys recommend? what century rides are good for october - november? group centuries?
