Any Solvang route/trail recommendations for two beginners?

My girlfriend and I are heading to Solvang this weekend (June 7-8) with our mountain bikes.

Neither of us have been to Solvang and would love to ride a few of the beginner/intermediate routes.

Are there any rides or views we *must* experience?

We're geared for both road and off-road, but would like to avoid challenging inclines if possible.

I've heard that the "Four Canyons Loop" may be good one.

Any help, advice or resources would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Try Dr. J's Bike shop. They will tell you the local rides, maps, etc.

I checked out Dr. J's website. I'll definitely be picking up this roadmap: SB Cycling Road Map - Dr.J's Bicycle Shop | Solvang-Ca. Santa Ynez Valley

Unless they're super busy when you walk in, the shop people are helpful when it comes to showing you the rides. Maybe a few helpful tips for the beginner who has zero experience with the Solvang area. So expect to spend some time there. While you're at it, get a souvenir. Something like a water bottle with the shop's name on it.
