Nashbar bought out by Perfomance?

I talked to a guy today on the trails and when I mentioned buying something from Nashbar.com he said Performance bicyclce had bought them out last summer. Anyone know if that is true?

Yeah, Performance and Nashbar have been owned by the same company now for a while. Not sure exactly when it happened, but it is true.

I do know that Performance bought out Supergo a year or two ago. It would not be good for Nashbar and Performance to be one in the same IMHO.

Performance Bike has owned Bike Nashbar since 2000. Last year they bought Supergo.
