Some help with a Cannondale Build

My buddy and I picked up an RT3000 frame, and we are cobbling together a tandem.

I know the front crank is going to need an Eccentric BB, since I have abosultely no experience with these I'm not sure what I am looking for. I'd appreciate it if somebody could point me in the right direction.
