Yes! My wife would tell you that the stoker deserves at least equal credit.

(It's a fun picture, anyway.)

I missed this when first posted. Nice photo using the Gulf as a backdrop.

As crappy flat as Florida can be, there are many good things that help offset the situation.

Floridas East Coast has very similar capability. Ride then hit the beach, or surf, or kiteboard, or windsurf, or ocean kyak, or just put you toes in the water.

Very cool.

Beloved stoker just unearthed this image from a couple of years ago. Blurry, but I like the effect.

Meile Lupa Triple Tandem with Recumbent Tag-along

Hello all,
This is our Meile Lupa Triple Tandem, with our Weehoo Recumbent Tag-along, that we ride everywhere. Its awesome fun.
Like all tandems, it Attracts attention where ever it goes.
I always get asked if I built it myself, because they have never seen one before. In Australia and particular my neck of the woods, you don't see tandems, let alone Triples, and/or Triples towing Tag-along. lol.
Hope you like it.

Thanks Austke

Today we did our first metric century, 62.6 miles according to our computer. It was one of my stoker's hopes for today.

It takes some self confidence to wear a suit while riding a tandem, but it takes real courage to wear a bright red dress, and she does it very well!

You need to get that arm up nice and high.
And here is some vid, but it's only forward facing.

What a great photo! You are living my dream. Having a partner that enjoys tandeming as much as I do. Enjoy Life!

WOOT! Rented a Tandem in Amsterdam!

Awesome! It was hard to locate a Tandem in Amsterdam, but our hotel guy hooked us up! We blasted around Amsterdam, going through parks, the perimeter, and the Centrum. It was an AWESOME FUN RIDE!! Amsterdam is WAAAYYY cool for bikes! Here we are stopping for a pic at Vondelpark. Ultra pleasant venue!

On Today's Peach Pedal, I stopped to help a tandem couple with a dropped chain. When we got to chatting, I found that it was BF's Hartphoto and his wife (is she on BF as well?). So here's another happy tandem couple pic:

And you had described the then upcoming ride as having "a bit of climbing".

Congratulations! That's an amazing achievement on a tandem. Huntington Lake is one of my favorite places to camp, sail, and relax. I have driven Kaiser Pass in a car a few trimes and the thought of riding up on a single is daunting enough.
