Middle Chainring

Need some advice please.

I recently modified my 1990 Rodriguez AL 26 from Mtn tandem to road use and am searching for a proper size ramped/pinned middle chainring.

Recent upgrades included:

drop bars with DA 9 sp. STI shifters
DA front deraileur
XTR rear deraileur
Shimano HF08 hub on velocity wheel.
9 speed 11/34 cassette.
Of course new cable, housing, and chains.
5 new (FSA driveside 30/38/52 /generic non driveside) chainrings.

The problem I am having is finding a ramped/pinned, 9 speed compatible middle chainring in the right size (44-46 tooth) that is compatible with my 110/74 5 hole old school cranks. The 38 tooth I temporarily have in there is too small with my 26" wheels/175 mm crankarms. Through web searches it appears my only options are a non ramped pinned Sugino ring, or Harris Cycle offers a TA in a 44,45 or 46 tooth for about $67.50 (I am sure this is a quality ring but that seems steep for one chainring). is there any other ramped/pinned middle chainring choices I am missing?

Thanks for your time,

Aemmer

This https://www.velo-orange.com/su46t11ch.html looks like a 46 tooth for $44. Where did you find the 38 tooth? I'm looking for a 110 x 38 tooth ramped/pinned chainring for a Sugino XD500T crank.

Race Face cranks on our bike have Race Face rings. 44t middle I'm pretty certain is pinned, outer is a 54t and it is definately pinned.
