A question I never considered asking
So all of you Sidi Dominator fans (I used the Search the Forums link rather than just asking another silly question) have me poking around online for a good deal. During that research, I ran across this "Product Questions and Answers" entry on Pricepoint.com:
Question:
If I order qty 1 of the Sidi Dominator 5 Lorica Shoes do I get 1 or 2 shoes?
Answer:
You will get 1 pair (2 shoes) of the Sidi Dominator 5 Lorica Shoes if you order qty 1.
Silly.
Cheers!

There's no such thing as a dumb question?
But I suppose if you really aren't sure you better ask. How silly would you feel if your package arrived, you opened it up and found one shoe?

I used to teach freshman English at a state university. On the first day we'd spend about 15 minutes going over the course outline, etc. At the end of that discussion I'd ask for questions and make the following statment, "Remember, there are no stupid questions... Only stupid people who ask questions." The general reaction (from stunned silence to nervous laughter) I got gave me a pretty good indication of how much work the semester would be.
Since then, I've learned to generalize the statement to, "There are no [adjective] [noun]... Only [adjective] people who [verb] [noun]." There are no fabulous tandem rides... Only fabulous people who ride tandems!
Cheers!
