VDO C3 DS w/Cadence on sale

Performance Bike has the VDO C3 DS Digital Wireless Cyclocomputer w/ Wireless Cadence on sale for $79.99 this is a great price for this unit if anyone is looking to get one, and if they happen to come up with a 10% additional sale while its at this price even better, I got one for $69.99 like that once.
Just a heads up for everyone.

We have one. Stoker hates it. It loses its mind regularly (current speed in the triple digits?), the display loses its sync with the pickup and the user interface is overly complicated.

I also read some reviews of the Cateye version of this. Some like it, some hate it.

I too have a VDO C3 and none have had issues with syncing with the transponders. Both are on our Tandem and they read exactly the same. After all trips the mileage reads the same incl max speed, distance traveled, etc.

Wait. You know how performance & nashbar are always changing their prices.

79.99? 69.99?

I got 2 of the wireless VDO's from Performance at 49.99, without coupon this winter.

$49.99 which model? I know the VDO C2 DS Digital Wireless an the VDO C3 DS with out Cadence are sometimes $49.99 but I have never seen the VDO C3 DS Digital w/ Wireless Cadence for that price. Performance Bikes normal sale price is always $89.00 when it goes down to $79.99 and you can get the extra 10% on top of that naking it $69.99 this is the best price I ever see for it. Well anyways it's on sale if anyone is looking for one.

Not to be picky, but:

$79.99 - (10% of $79.99) = $71.99, not $69.99

I can't help it--I teach math.

You are correct, I ment to mention I picked one up @ $79.99 when they had a 20% additional discount which actually made it $63.99 that was the best price I've seen on these.
