Good value for someone. Looking at the photos and description it is several years earlier than a 99. I'd guess 92,93,94. 7 speed and 27" wheels. Not earth ending by any means but maybe a better clue to it's true model year, and ensuring someone is not mislead. The cost seems fair though based on text and photos.

While not 9 or 10 speed, 7 speed Deore shifts very well. No odd-ball or not available parts.

I caught that. The ad says he has brifters for it, though, and if they are indeed 7 speed brifters, it seems a pretty sweet deal for the price!
