How often adjust Eccentric BB?

How often should you need to adjust an eccentric bottom bracket? I have about 200 miles on a Cannondale Road Tandem 3 and the chain seems to be fairly tight, not loose, just right. Just a hair up and down play in it.

When the play becomes greater than 3/4" it's typically time to snug it up.
