DaVinci Building Tandems in Taiwan
According to their Facebook page, DaVinci is having their Grand Junction tandem built in Taiwan.

For nearly 3 years now...
Pretty sure I wrote about this in the Spring of '08, but perhaps it was on the Hobbes list.
Regardless, the Grand Junction web page has always noted, "da Vinci Designs has finally partnered with the best steel frame fabricator in Taiwan and made the commitment to a production run, so we can bring you a more affordable tandem with all the benefits of the ICS drivetrain. The Grand Junction also uses the same high quality Reynolds tubing used in our Denver-built tandems."
Edit: Went back and did a quick check on previous mentions...
Most recent was a Blog entry in September on daVinci teaming up with Vyatek:
