Anyone have a front tandem wheel to sell?

Restoring a 2002 Burley Rumba and the front 700c wheel is taco'd.
Budget minded. The front wheel is missing, so no front hub to rebuild.
Can I use a 32 spoke for a team weight of 255? Anyway, maybe you have a 36 to sell.
I"ll close this post when I get a front wheel. This is a winter rebuild.

Thanks.

Would help if you list the size . . . 700c or 26".
Almost any front wheel will do; does not have to be tandem specific unless you are looking for more than 36 spokes.

Unless your team is in the "clydesdale" category, many single front wheels will also work. In "budget" wheels, look for a vertically rigid rim and 36 or more spokes. Such a wheel should be plenty strong for most teams.

why not reuse the front hub and rebuild it with a new rim and spokes?

Make me a reasonable offer on a 10 year old Shimano Sweet 16 and its yours....plus shipping. The rear wheel is shot so the front one is surplus. No cracks and it's still straight and true but well used.
