Drum brake and chain/seat stay kickstand??

We've got a new Trek T-900 Recreational Tandem, I was going to put a "double legged" kickstand we had from past bikes but there's very little room in the bottom bracket/chain stay area, it would be VERY close to the rear tire and close to the "stroker" chainwheels on both sides.

My questions are, if we added a "drum brake", which it has the proper hub and additional tab on the chain stay, would a greenfield chainstay kick stand fit?? If anyone has a T-900, and installed the "double legged" kickstand, pls. let me know if you've had any issues with rubbing on tire or chainwheels! Thank you, it's greatly appreciated!

Kickstand?
Lean tandem against anything solid (wall, tree, fence, post, house).
Or, just lay it down on the ground.

Or get one of these.
https://www.click-stand.com/

I don't own one but I've seen several of them in use including the heavy duty tandem one. They are well made and work as described.

I've used the "click-stand" on our std. hybrids before and they do work but are a bit of a PIA, fiddling with the parking brake loops, etc. We've found a kickstand very handy and since we aren't "weight wienies", (I'm sure a T-900 Rec. Tandem isn't very light to begin with), we'd like to have a kickstand if possible. Now if none will work, then yes, we will get a "click-stand", it's way better than putting the bike on the ground or have it fall over, jmho, ymmv.

Speaking of the "Arai Drum Brake", would any one have a "SOURCE" for used uints?? I'd really like to add this to our T-900 since it's got the "threaded hub and holder boss on the chainstay already". It's to bad they don't make them anymore as it's gona be a real PIA to find one from what I heard!! Thanks, it's appreciated!
