Is there a good place to list the cranks that I took off of our tandem?

There is not a big market for used tandem cranks.
Ebay for me is always the highest probability of selling something.
If you sell as an auction you may not get very much unless you set a reserve price.
If you sell as buy it now, the lower you set the price, the more likely they will sell.

Beware, that site has been infiltrated by scammers. One tried to buy my tandem by sending a bogus cashiers check.
