Help Identifying this tandem
Hi-
Can anyone give my some direction one this bike.
It's a craigslist find. The seller knew nothing about it other than his wife bought it as a prop for his pizza shop. Pizza shop folded and so he sold the bike.
It's a 3 speed, has 12" wheels, stoker saddle still has the Brooks badge on it (Captains does not), it has been painted over (blue is not original) and appears to have a NP symbol and say Norman Pillinger Cycles Alcester Warks under blue paint (if the light is just right).

You might drop these folks an email. They're in the UK, apparently deal in vintage bikes, and currently have a Pillinger road bike up for sale on eBay.
