You'd need to know a lot more before you could sell it period. For instance, no one buys a tandem that doesn't fit them. Do you know how to measure the frame? Your ad will need to include that. It will also need to include what components are on it, what size wheels, etc, etc, etc.
My suggestion would be to find the serial number and contact Burley at www.burley.com to find out the model and year. Then you can look it up on bikepedia.com for the (almost) full specs (usually). But this won't tell you the frame size, so find a friend that knows bicycles to show you how to measure it, or google "how to measure a bicycle frame". If Burley won't help you with the serial number, (since they no longer build bicycles), you might take it to a competent local bike shop that deals in tandems and have them ID the model and year if they can. If not, maybe they would be willing to write up a spec sheet with dimensions and components for a couple of bucks that you could use for your ad.
This isn't an $89.95 one-size-fits-all department store bike. My best guess would be that its value would be somewhere between $400 to $1000 depending upon a variety of variables. But tandem buyers aren't going to be willing to travel to look at it without AT LEAST knowing it fits them.
Good luck with your sale.

As with your post in your other thread that was pretty much the same thing, you need to get rid of this line as you can't offer things for sale anywhere except the sale forums and you can't offer things for sale at all without paying for an upgraded membership.

looks like a Duet, after Burley improved the Duet. Not the original Duet because it doesn't have the wrap around stays, and not a Paso Doble, because it's not OX tubing according to the OP.
Probalby mid to late 90's given no brifters, and a threaded steerer.
Bike retailed for around $2000. Reasonable asking price would be $500-1000 depending on condition, and market.

If you're going to correct people about the rules, why not take the opportunity to follow them yourself? This is supposed to be a family friendly forum, and that rule makes your tag line inappropriate.

Since it sounds like you're not much of a bike person, I would take the advice earlier and have a friend help you market it. And/or take lots of detailed pictures showing frame and component details. After you've figured out the size, the pictures can speak for themselves.
For example, Shimano and Mavic both make a wide range of parts. Some $500 bikes come with Shimano and Mavic, some $3000 bikes also come with Shimano and Mavic parts.
Quick glance from the one picture looks like shimano 105, maybe 600 level parts. RSX rear derailleur? Entry to mid-level parts. Decent stuff but not high end.
