When I watched the video I could hardly believe it. It's just hard for me to even imagine police officers enforcing bicycle safety laws. Is San Antonio on another planet?

The video shows cyclists waaay out in the lane. That does not help the cause.

I believe they were Taking the Lane and it looked appropriate, especially when they were two abreast, which is perfectly legal in IN and probably TX (?). Didn't notice traffic getting backed up behind them.

Every town seems to be different. When we ride in Pemberton BC , locals give us the entire lane when passing(Cannot recommend riding there more). Where we live in Coquitlam one driver will actually join you in the dedicated bike lane and the next will not even pass because they are to scared to cross the centre line(even though it is legal). Vancouver could really use bike police but 50 % cars at fault 50 % riders. We did a survey once and only about 25 % wear helmets, I just shake my head.
